Registered Nurse Supervisor needed in Pottstown ,PA

Contract : 9 weeks

shift : 8hrs Evenings

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team.

As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
• Administer medications and treatments using aseptic technique
• Perform catheterizations as needed
• Provide basic life support in emergency situations
• Utilize electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks for documentation
• Coordinate and oversee behavioral health services
• Assist with dialysis procedures as required
• Manage acute pain management for patients
• Administer inhaled medications as prescribed

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, with [number] years in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge and experience in pediatrics and diagnostic evaluation
• Proficient in aseptic technique and catheterization procedures
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, such as eClinicalWorks, is preferred
• Experience in behavioral health is a plus
