Responsibilities

• Provide overall support in every aspect of each project.
• Assist superintendent and project manager in field work support, estimating, RFI, submittal management, subcontracts.
• Assist with procurement.
• Handle document control.
• Travel to job sites on Big Island and Oahu as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam and Procore.
• Knowledgeable at reading plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledgeable of construction procedures, buildings systems and tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work individually in in a team setting.
