Key responsibilitiesEfficiently execute the production schedule.
Develop and maintain efficient SOPs in collaboration with the site engineers.
Develop and maintain qualified personnel within the plant production department, both supervision and operators.
Communicate and enforce regulatory & Kerry standards within the plant.
Drive operational efficiency initiatives.
Manage the plant production department within budget.
Positive working environment driving a continuous improvement theme.
Work in collaboration with HSE officer to ensure a safe working environment.
Responsible for manufacturing product to specification.
Qualifications and skills
Education
BS in Engineering, Business, Food Science
Technical
HACCP and food safety experience.
Experience in food, chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
Analytical skills.
Thorough understanding of unit of operations.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
Behavioural
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Team leadership and development.
Skills in motivating, coaching & influencing others.
Problem solving.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $89,000 to $134,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
