Job DescriptionSERVICE DISPATCH COORDINATOR Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our client located in the Capital Region, New York area. Our client is nationally recognized for being an award winning organization committed to creating sustainable solutions for our communities This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary and full compensation package.The Service Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating projects and service labor efforts and ensures all necessary parties are invited and prepared. They also help Project Managers to coordinate overall job activities and resources for greatest efficiency and profit.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and emails, schedules/ confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems
• Organize workflow by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments
• Manages department regional schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel when needed
• Complete requests by greeting customers in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Utilize Sage Construction for bid follow-up

Requirements/Experience:

• Prior Service Technician/ Service scheduling experience is preferred, not required.
• Exceptional administrative writing skills and attention to detail
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and organization
• Travel logistics, Reporting and forecasting skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge

Salary:$50,000-$65,000 – based on experience and qualifications.
