    Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

    Atkore, a recipient of a Great Place to Work certification and Top Workplaces USA award, is searching for a Manufacturing Supervisor to be based out of Kokomo, IN.

    Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising hourly production employees to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Metrics and improve the operational performance of the facility.

    Training, coaching, and developing the hourly workforce
    5S with Lean Manufacturing methodologies in process improvement
    Uphold and enforce company policies, values, procedures, and housekeeping practices
    or 4+ years' relevant work experience
    4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    Experience with AS400, JDE, Lean Manufacturing, preferred
    Understand how your job will help deliver Atkore's strategy
    Create, maintain, and enhance training materials
