    AP/AR Specialist Position Overview
    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our dynamic finance team

    This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, although we have a strong preference for applicants from the Denver area to align with our community engagement and local initiatives.

    The AP/AR Specialist will be instrumental in managing and executing all aspects of our accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions

    This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and are looking for a balanced work environment with significant growth potential.


    Key AP/AR Specialist Responsibilities

    • Manage and process all accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
    • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies, resolving any issues promptly.
    • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, and manage the monthly billing process.
    • Assist in monthend closing procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to improve payment processes and financial controls.
    • Provide support for financial audits and work on ad hoc projects as needed.

    AP/AR Specialist Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an AP/AR Specialist or similar role, preferably in a highgrowth environment.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a must.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact in the food industry.
