Responsibilities
Actively engages clients through clinical interactions including assisting clients with developing skills and clinical interventionsProvides high standards of helpful professional and caring treatment to all clients by maintaining consistently effective client interactionsProviders validation in a warm safe environment and keep clients motivated to work through distress and eliminate neutralizing behaviorsFacilitates groups within the IOP helps maintain a professional environment for clients including collecting homework clinical documentation provides feedback to primary therapistsMonitors daily activities implementing treatment planEffectively manages business resources maximize benefits employees organizationPlans organizes implements lesson plans group settingsMaintains written documentation progress notes group therapy notesEtcMasters crisis management techniquesEncourages team engagement loyalty by effective employee interactions that promote cooperation trust respectExpands knowledge skills supervision oversight provided licensed staffMaintains satisfaction practicing centers values associated behaviorsIntegrates centers mission activities decision making processesAdheres company policies proceduresPresents self professionallyMaintains safe clean environmentOther duties assignedSkills Expertise Job description
