High-end residential millwork firm looking for a skilled and energetic Draftsperson to work internally with estimators, project managers, programmers, and the production floor to seamlessly take our projects from concept to production. You will be responsible for concept drawings, shop drawings, creating parts lists and bills of materials.

• Create millwork shop drawings for architectural submittals
• Manage shop drawings throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Site visits and field measurements
• Streamline process from shop drawings to fabrication
• Create and check shop orders
• Build and maintain product library
• Participate in project meetings and provide assistance to project managers as needed
• Help other departments as necessary
• Handle complex designing and drafting assignments under minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively in team environment

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCad
• 1-5 years related experience
• Knowledge of layout, shop drawings and construction of customized commercial casework & millwork
• Excellent multi-tasking ability, highly organized with great attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply design
• Must be organized and able to relay information in a timely manor
