Job summary
We are looking for a Python engineer who loves translating complex mathematical and actuarial models into high-performance code and optimizing numerical computations.Key responsibilities include translating actuarial requirements into efficient, maintainable Python,
optimizing complex mathematical operations to run 10× faster using vectorization and algorithmic improvements,
implementing andrefactoring numericalPython functions with performance and correctness in mind,
and profiling and improving existing codebases handling large analytical workloads.
We are seeking team players with strong interpersonal skills as well as:
- •3+ years of experience using Python for numerical computing
- •Proven experience in writing production quality Python code
- •🇺 Proven ability to turn mathematical, financial or actuarial concepts into efficient code
