    The Need: You will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention and individualized plans, and provide supervision and training to staff. This position offers a unique blend of people skills, problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to provide routine and relationship-building within the same center.

    What youll do:

    • Craft tailored, evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs/strengths of each child
    • Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and expectations of clients/stakeholders
    • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, current technician teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues
    • Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards
    • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

    Experience Needed:

    1. Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
    2. Proficiency with Behavioral Assessments and Intervention Plans
    3. Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
    4. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
