A well-established and highly respected 392-bed full-service hospital in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join its dynamic and growing Cardiothoracic Surgery team.  Join a reputable hospital and a top ranking health organization that is responsible for the lion's share of Cardiothoracic surgical care in the region. Incoming candidates would enjoy excellent staff support with a dedicated heart team in the ICU, competitive earnings above the 75th percentile, and comfortable patient volumes with a streamlined referral base.

Position Highlights:

• Wide Practice Scope: Balanced mix of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery
• Preferential Schedule: 4 OR days and 1 clinic day per week
• Support: 1:1 APP and nursing support for each surgeon, Dedicated CTS wing in the ICU with specialized heart staff
• Competitive Earnings: Guaranteed Base Salary starting at $835K, with a lucrative productivity bonus, sign on bonus, and relocation assistance.
