    Description
    Adecco is working with a dairy product manufacturer to find a Lead Maintenance Technician. This role is full time, onsite direct hire. This is a 3rd shift role.
    This role will ensure equipment operates effectively and safely through maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Support management, provide training, and ensure work meets plant standards.
    Responsibilities:
    • Prioritize safety for all employees.
    • Perform maintenance and repairs following safety protocols.
    • Aid in installing new equipment and implementing maintenance plans.
    • Train operators and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
    • Document all repairs and inform management of maintenance issues.
    • Complete assigned work orders.
    • Adhere to company standards and regulations for food safety and quality.
    • Embody the company's values through honesty and discretion.
    • Participate in required training sessions.

    Requirements:Education and Experience:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
    Skills and Abilities:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company computer systems (SAP).
    • Knowledge of machine shop equipment and pneumatics, solenoid valves and air cylinders.
    • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
    • Capable of working collaboratively and independently.
    • Skilled in performing various maintenance procedures and minor electrical work.
    • Competent in using maintenance tools and performing welding tasks.
    • Initiative, integrity, cooperativeness, flexibility, and independence are essential qualities.
    • Must be proficient in English.
