- Acute myocardial infarction (AMI), knee replacement and hip replacement certification from The Joint Commission
- Blue Distinction Center Plus for Hip and Knee Replacement and for Spine Surgery from Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Get with the Guidelines Target Stroke and Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll
- Certificate of Accreditation from The Joint Commission

Envision Physician Services has an opening for a knowledgeable and skilled Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic and collegial group of physicians in West Florida. The physician will provide onsite coverage at our hospital in Bradenton, Florida - HCA Florida Blake Hospital.
HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and Burn Center that has been serving patients in Manatee County since 1973. This 383 bed hospital is also a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Heart & Valve Care Center, and is accredited for MRI, nuclear medicine, CT, mammography and ultrasound by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
