Here's the Scoop:
The Social Media + Events Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals to develop successful social media campaigns.
Their duties include communicating with Influencers, creating social graphics, and overseeing social media campaign schedules, and pulling KPI data to determine social media campaigns' success for both Kenect Phoenix and Kenect Nashville.
This role will also be responsible for the curation and coordination of Kenect Nashville's onsite events, as well as assist with administrative tasks for Kenect Phoenix events.
What this opportunity entails:
Support the national brand experience team with event coordination, branded social content, administrative tasks and reporting
Manage and maintain event vendors paperwork and relationships
Research, conceptualize, and update brand decks, branded collateral, building flyers, weekly newsletters, and campaigns
Eye for content and relevant trends in social media on various channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube Shorts.
Organize and maintain creative folders within AL drive and Canva
Track all analytics and archive monthly
Preparing collateral for print, email or web
Use content calendar to schedule content over various channels including Facebook, IG, TikTok and X formerly known as Twitter
Post relevant content from events and happenings onsite within a timely manner
Conduct social media campaigns for community give-backs
Create content relevant to various channel outlets and events via Canva
Maintain brand integrity and voice when posting
Establish posting schedule to ensure consistent posting with
intentional/engaging
content
Monitor social media networks inboxes and reply to/direct any inquires
Must be able to work evenings. Some weekend work may be required from time to time.
