Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Nebraska
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on promoting patient dignity and well-being
