    This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse settings while collaborating with the healthcare team. It's accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

    The job requires performing initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments appropriate for each population or individual (30%). Based on these diagnoses and collaborative problems, you will document planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes (30%).

    You will evaluate patient responses to your actions and revise plans accordingly. As a member of our multidisciplinary team you'll play a key role in process improvement activities that target clinical quality customer satisfaction financial performance measures 10%. Operations responsibilities include ensuring safety quality efficiency when doing tasks within this job profile though it may change at any time some qualifications - BLS RN State Driver's License CPR Field Study Nursing Years Experience.
