Overview of the Bilingual Human Resource Generalist role:

• Recruiting - source and identify qualified candidates
• Onboarding
• Assisting with weekly payroll and benefits
• HR projects

Preferred Qualifications for the Bilingual Human Resource Generalist:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another relevant field
• Bilingual-Spanish speaking
• Proven ability to build rapport with all employees with a high sense of urgency
• Highly effective communication skills
