- Greeting clients, potential clients, and assisting walk-ins
- Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls
- Handling mail, emails, and assisting with communications
- Calendaring and managing appointment reminders
- Scanning, copying, filing and organizing files
- File set-up and drafting support
- Maintaining an organized officeand meeting room set-up
- Tracking and following-up on referrals
- Notarizing (upon attaining Notary Commission)
- Experience as Receptionist or comparable position
- Willingness to obtain Notary Public Commission
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient with: Word Outlook Excel Internet
- MyCase or similar billing system
- Trusts and Estates experience
- Notary Public Commission
- 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday during business hours
- $20/hour
