    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Greeting clients, potential clients, and assisting walk-ins
    • Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls
    • Handling mail, emails, and assisting with communications
    • Calendaring and managing appointment reminders
    • Scanning, copying, filing and organizing files
    • File set-up and drafting support
    • Maintaining an organized officeand meeting room set-up
    • Tracking and following-up on referrals
    • Notarizing (upon attaining Notary Commission)

    Required for Role:

    • Experience as Receptionist or comparable position
    • Willingness to obtain Notary Public Commission
    • Reliable transportation
    • Proficient with: Word Outlook Excel Internet

    Desired Skills and Attributes:

    • MyCase or similar billing system
    • Trusts and Estates experience
    • Notary Public Commission

    Additional Info:

    • 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday during business hours
    • $20/hour
