    Description

    Our client, an established NYC law firm, is hiring an interim HRIS Manager. As the HRIS Manager, you will oversee the Firms HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and delivering human capital analytics. You'll manage system operations, conduct analysis for workflow enhancements, and provide comprehensive user support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Uphold data integrity across HRIS and related systems, ensuring accurate entry of data from various sources.
    • Administer user permissions, access, and system settings.
    • Analyze workflows and propose system improvements, addressing both process and system requirements.
    • Generate HR data analytics and reports, streamlining reporting processes and reducing manual efforts.
    • Coordinate ongoing reporting efforts including EEO-1 tracking, headcount reports, and diversity reporting.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to update HRIS processes and workflows in response to changes.
    • Act as an HRIS subject matter expert, providing user training and developing procedural documentation.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and system efficiency enhancements.
    • Liaise between HR and IT teams, coordinating system development projects and technical maintenance.
    • Contribute to Firm-wide technical projects and initiatives.
    • Cultivate cross-functional relationships and support other Firm departments' needs.
    • Collaborate with HR/Benefits team and vendors to implement data feeds and manage payroll data transfers.
    • Manage the creation and maintenance of system codes and evaluation processes.
    • Drive self-service functionality implementation and user data management efforts.
    • Oversee vendor relationships and assist with special projects as required.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
    • Advanced knowledge of UltiPro or similar enterprise HRIS applications.
    • Proficiency in viGlobal system preferred.
    • Strong reporting tool proficiency (e.g., Power BI, Cognos, Crystal Reports), with SQL knowledge.
    • Previous experience in the legal industry or professional services preferred.
    • Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy.
