    This position is full time, reports to the Foreman, and is considered Non-Exempt for purposes of the FLSA.

    **Purpose and Essential Duties**

    Plumbing Installers responsibilities include:

    Unload material and assist with staging materials

    Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment

    Assemble and install valves and fittings pipe, valves, and fittings in a Plumbing and HVAC system

    Install underground storm, sanitary, natural gas, and domestic water piping systems

    Install plumbing fixtures, sinks, tubs and toilets

    Install water heaters and HVAC equipment

    Install mechanical equipment and pre-fabricated pipe systems

    **Travel Requirements** >10%

    **Minimum Qualifications**

    Ability to read tape measure

    Ability to safely work with power tools

    Ability to work cooperatively with other trades

    Effective verbal, presentation and listening communication skills

    Effective written communications skills

    **Preferred Qualifications (OPTIONAL)**

    OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification preferred

    **Physical/Work Environment Requirements**

    Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs, be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel and twist. Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
