We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer for our client in Carrollton GA.This is a direct-hire opportunity where you will lead all financial accounting and customer service operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in developing and achieving financial operational goals
- Develop maintain budgets analyze financial trends forecasts manage daily financial customer service operations including accounts payable meter reading utility billing collections payroll purchasing inventory fixed asset records customer inquiries oversee water sewer rate studies financial modeling capital improvement plans manage payroll onboarding benefits HR policy development employee training oversee front office meter reading operations evaluate report on financial impacts of operational capital plans make strategic recommendations ensure internal controls place maintain compliance with regulations recommend implement policy procedural changes safeguard assets ensure accurate recording audits controls prepare distribute monthly records Executive Director Board align financial plans organizational goals manage banking relationships credit resources liaise auditors banks insurance agents credit card collection agencies monitor debt levels comply covenants support implementation upgrades software provide leadership departments deliver written verbal reports Board reconcile monthly bank statements direct customer service front office operations review approve account adjustments resolve complaints inquiries perform duties assigned
