    RESPONSIBILITIES
    :

    Designs, develops, and maintains data warehouse solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data models meet their needs
    Develops ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract data from various sources and loads it into the data warehouse
    Creates and optimizes data models within SAP HANA and Business Objects to support reporting and analytics while ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance of the data warehouse
    Monitors and improves the data warehouse for efficiency and scalability
    Develops interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using SAP Business Objects and Power BI by working closely with business users to understand their reporting requirements and deliver solutions that provide actionable insights
    Integrates data from diverse sources, both structured and unstructured, into the data warehouse using best practices to ensure data consistency and accuracy
    Implements and maintains data security protocols and ensures compliance with relevant data regulations
    Participates in data governance activities and ensures data access controls are in place
    Diagnoses and resolves data warehouse and reporting-related issues quickly and with a high level of customer service
    Provides technical support and training to end-users as needed
    Other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS
    Education :

    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline
    Experience:

    4+ years of experience in an IT role with progressively increasing responsibility in some or all of the following areas:

    Expertise in SAP HANA, BOBJ and Power BI
    Experience working with Oracle NetSuite
    Strong
    SQL skills and experience with data modeling
    Proficiency in ETL processes and tools
    Knowledge of data warehousing best practices and principles
    Familiarity with data integration technologies
    Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    Experience managing multiple projects/assignments/responsibilities with a high level of accountability
    Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices industries preferred
    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication
    Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel
    Project Management
    Data Warehouse software

    SQL
    Data Visualization tools
    Technical writing
    Travel:

    Up to 20% travel may be required

    Physical Requirements :

    Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds
    Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays
    Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)
    Office environment with assigned workstation
