The opportunity
As an Electro-Mechanical Controls & Integration Engineer within our Equipment Development Team, you will play a key role in designing and integrating electrical panels and cabling for our custom manufacturing equipment. This hands-on position offers the chance to lead prototype builds, collaborate on cutting-edge systems, and drive the transfer to production partners, contributing directly to innovative manufacturing solutions.
Location: This position requires full on-site presence at our Austin, TX facility to ensure seamless collaboration and hands-on support for daily operations. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. In addition to salary, Magic Leap offers a discretionary bonus and a fully comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
US Base Salary Range
$95,000 - $110,000 USD
