    Responsibilities

  • Building wireframes, mock ups, and other design artifacts from technical requirements
  • Collaboration with other designers and subject matter exports to design prototype interfaces to solve scientific problems
  • Attend project meetings, deliver design artifacts on time under direction of design mentor
  • Collaborate and participate in design reviews and presentations to internal project stakeholders
  • Contribute formal research projects such as academic papers, presentations, or deliverables
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a high school diploma /GED or higher
  • Candidates must be degree-seeking undergraduate students enrolled at an accredited college or university
  • Candidates must be taking at least 6 credit hours and have an overall cumulative GPA of 2.50.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with user-centered design practices
  • Familiar with design systems and component specification
  • Familiar with graphic and media design and illustration
  • Familiar with interactive story-telling techniques
  • Familiar with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Solid analytical and creative thinker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual
