    Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated team.

    As a Maintenance Engineer at Kelly Inn Billings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and fully operational.

    Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to work independently will contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.


    Responsibilities:
    Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
    Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's premises, identifying potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
    Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
    Diagnose and resolve issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
    Coordinate with external contractors when additional expertise is required for complex repairs or installations.
    Ensure the functionality and safety of the hotel's fire alarm and suppression systems.
    Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests.
    Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to the management.
    Oversee the inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks.
    Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
    Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques, and tools.
    Highly skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
    Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
    Self-starter who takes initiative to identify and address maintenance needs.
    Physical stamina and strength to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
    Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
