Job description

We are looking for a residential Service Technician who can perform necessary HVAC services. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, detail oriented, innovative, and has a high stress tolerance.

This position offers a generous wage, commission on sales, and spiffs – we look at past experience and we reward present performance.

This is NOT a seasonal position; this is a full-time year-round position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Credentials:

EPA Universal and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
HVAC license a plus and rewarded (TDLR).
Nate certified is a plus.
2 to 5 years experience with servicing residential HVAC Systems; all brands, models, and ages of HVAC Equipment, including, but not limited to communicating systems.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, time management skills, and organizational skills.
Experience with tablets, mobile applications, and other computer software.
The desire to work some evenings, holidays, and weekends.
