    Job DescriptionSalary:

    UltraLux Health is a startup company that is growing rapidly We are looking for an organized individual to help our customer support team outside of normal business hours and give our customers the best possible experience with UltraLux Health.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Answering customer emails, chats, and phone calls.
    • Following up with customer's orders and ensuring that they have positive interactions with the company.
    • Initiating returns, cancellations, and product changes for customers.
    • Updating customer profiles on HubSpot.
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Assisting customers over the phone to place orders through our website or manual invoices.
    • Following up with failed order customers.
    • Outreach via email for customer feedback.
    • Phone outreach to current customers concerning recent orders, customer retention, and organically introducing other product lines where possible
    • Follow procedures to prevent returns and help customers have a great experience with their products

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service role.
    • Very comfortable working on a computer and can quickly learn new softwares.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when it comes to emails.
    • Ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations.
    • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets.
    • Strong organization skills.
    • Able to manage multiple different tasks and tickets at the same time.
    • Experience using HubSpot is a huge plus

    Job Details:

    • We are located in American Fork, Utah and do require that you are able to come to the office on Monday's, Thursday's, and Friday's.
    • For the first few weeks, as you train, you would be required to be in office with the rest of our team. Eventually, this will become a hybrid role where you work two days a week from home and work three days in the office.
    • Our hours of operation are from 9am-5pm MST on Monday-Friday. However, there are occasions where you may have to jump into customer emails after hours or on weekends. Those situations are rare and typically scheduled at least one week ahead of time.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $ $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
