    A TYPICAL DAY FOR A PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE HVAC TECHNICIAN

    This skilled trade position works the day shift, Monday through Friday. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours.

    Working under the guidance of experienced technicians, you perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems during the spring and fall seasons. You also handle duct cleaning and filter replacement tasks. Additionally, you inspect, test, and refill vital fluids to maintain the peak performance of our customers' systems. You get great satisfaction from playing a vital role in our daily operations and your commitment to providing support to your team is essential to our success

    REQUIREMENTS FOR A PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE HVAC TECHNICIAN

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to perform the physical duties of this skilled trade

    A high school diploma or its equivalent would be preferred. Heating and air conditioning experience would be a plus. An EPA Type II certification would also be beneficial.
