    Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, lead, and execute procurement strategies that meet the needs of the organization.
    Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
    Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and services, negotiate contracts, and place orders for goods and services.
    Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
    Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
    Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
    Assess, manage, and mitigate risks.
    Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
    Determine quantity and timing of delivery and service.
    Ensure purchasing policies and procedures are followed throughout the organization.
    Prepare and maintain reports on purchasing activity, including cost savings and supplier performance.
    EducationBachelors degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
    Qualifications and Experience5+ years of experience as Purchasing Manager, Agent, or Officer.
    Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
    Interest in market dynamics along with a strong business acumen.
    Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
    Working experience of vendor management software.
    Ability to work collaboratively with others.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Solid judgement and decision-making skills.
