We are looking for an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management plus two years of relevant experience
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
• e-Builder experience (a plus)

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects a plus.
• Competency with AutoCad and/or Revit preferred.
• Ability to lead and/or participate in team endeavors.
• Demonstrated record of taking initiative.
