    Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Living Community Relations Director for Seattle, WA. As a key member of our client's senior living community, you will partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to drive results, increase community census, and provide a luxury senior living community for residents.

    Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities include:

    • Proactively seeking out prospective residents and families for assisted living services
    • Create, implement, and follow through on events to increase prospective residents to the community
    • Provide the highest level of customer service, including building the prospect CRM database, responding to inquiries, generating tours, and performing purposeful follow-up
    • Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources

    Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare
    • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in CCRC, Senior Living, Assisted Living, Healthcare, or Marketing
    • Current and valid driver's license
    • Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship-building
