Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced full-time operations personnel. We are a 24-hour service community. Hours would entail working weekends and holidays, when applicable.
We are currently in need of overnight personnel. Overnight hours Available are 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, 40 Hours per Week.
Qualifications/Requirements:
At least 18 years of age.
Stand or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces, i.e. (tile, concrete and carpet).
Must have basic computer skills.
Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check and a pre-employment drug test.
Must display and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service and communication skills with a "can do" attitude.
Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.
Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
Read, understand and clearly speak English; constantly use speech and hearing (correctable to normal level required) in communicating with residents, guests, vendors, etc.
