Are you passionate about sustainability and the opportunity to work on challenging multimodal projects and construction management that make communities more livable and equitable? Do you enjoy seeing your projects get built and want to take part in big changes happening in Austin? If so, please consider joining our Austin team.

This civil engineering - transportation design position with a focus on multimodal roadway design and active transportation earns a competitive salary and great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, a health savings account (HSA), and a flexible spending account (FSA). You will use drafting programs such as MicroStation to fulfill project deliverables, while ensuring that our projects are consistently of the highest quality. You will also have access to key department leaders within the City of Austin's transportation department, who will help to set clear project goals and outcomes.

Rapid implementation is exciting and fast-paced, but you get to work with a close-knit, motivated team that is passionate about the work they do.
