- Review MSH's organizational values and previous communications on the refreshed values
- Review existing footage and audio content; pull selects from existing footage for each video
- Draft rough scripts / outlines of videos for review by internal communications team
- Produce draft videos and upload to Wipster for review
- Make final edits to videos based on feedback from internal communications team
- Produce transcripts in English of videos using Descript; send final videos to Rev for production of French subtitle files
- Upload videos to Internal Communications' YouTube account, including English and French caption options
- Ability to edit video
- Knowledge of MSH's organizational culture
- Ability to convey abstract themes through multimedia using pre-captured audio and video footage, B-roll, pre-existing written copy, and original content

The objective of this SOW is to produce four short (1-2 minute) videos, one for each of MSH's organizational values.
