- Assist Operations Manager with the allocation of resources and daily workflow management throughout the Pharmacy.
- Responsible for staffing, scheduling, developing, coaching, training and directing department personnel.
- Handle Pharmacy service-related complaints and concerns in accordance with company policy and promote a positive customer experience.
- Train Pharmacy staff on Robot replenishment, manual fill areas and perform Robot product assignments to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
- Effectively communicate information to the staff and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the Pharmacy.
- Observes employee performance and participates in writing performance reviews.
- Monitor reports and operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure unusable drugs are quarantined following established guidelines.
- Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.
- Follow and aid in enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
- Attend pertinent meetings when necessary.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- State Registered Pharmacy Technician, in good standing required
- PTCB Certification that is active and in good-standing or willingness to obtain PTCB Certification within 6 months of hire required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (Colorado), in good standing required
- Two year minimum of pharmacy experience
- Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively, patiently and courteously.
- Ability to handle multiple activities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a standing environment.
- Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, other departments, customers, and management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged standing in front of a computer. In addition, this position requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including the operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients and employees. This position may be required to work long hours. The position may have to handle or have exposure to hazardous drugs or products.
The average pay range for this role is $50,000.00-$60, *
