Description
o Full-time – 40 hours
o Sign on bonus of $18,000
o Graduate of an accredited Ultrasonography Program
o RDCS-Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or CCI-Cardiovascular Credentialing International
o CPR required
o Associate degree preferred
o Position requires Weekend and Holiday rotation with fellow sonographers. Additional hours available to meet the staffing needs of the department
o One year experience in echocardiography is preferred; familiarity with Philips iE33 and McKesson Horizon Cardiology CPACs is a plus.
o The Echocardiography Technologist is responsible for consistently performing high-quality Echocardiography exams according to the established protocols that meet department quality standards for both Inpatients and Outpatients. This position assists physicians with diagnostic procedures, including transesophageal echocardiograms
