Job Summary

The Histotechnologist performs routine and special Histology procedures requiring technical skill, judgment, and independent decision-making following established standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Histotechnologist I Minimum Qualifications:

• \t Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. \t
  \t
• \t Experience: At least one year of laboratory work experience required. Associates hired into this role prior to 10/15/2022 will be grandfathered into role. \t
  \t
• \tLicensure/Certification: None required.\t
  

Histotechnologist II Minimum Qualifications:

• \t Education: High School diploma or equivalent \t
  \t
• \t Experience: None Required. \t
  \t
• \tLicensure/Certification: HT (ASCP) registered. ASCP certified.\t
