- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Must have at least two (2) years experience within a manufacturing environment (Automotive or Assembly experience is ideal)
- Proficient with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Understanding of Six Sigma, SPC, 5 Why, Pareto and other tools
- Ability to implement process improvements to operation Preferred:
- Six Sigma certification
- PLC experience

responsibilities:
- Manage process-related tooling in preparation for each production run
- Issue and revise drawing and process sheets as a result of continuous improvement in the process.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement in capability and/or scrap reduction
- Verify conformance of components to customer specifications
- Analyse weekly production results, identify deficiencies and implement the necessary improvements
- Work with operators to reduce defects, increase throughput and improve the products' dimensional capability
- Train operators on how to safely and effectively operate plant equipment and machinery #LI-DC1
