As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a crucial role in implementing evidence-based interventions and helping children achieve their developmental goals.

Position Details:

• Location: Crestview, Florida
• Work Setting: Home-based / Clinic Based
• Schedule: Full Time, Home Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, sometimes until 7 pm
• Certification Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid RBT certification.
• Sign-On Bonus: We offer a sign-on bonus of $250.00 to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home setting.
• Collect and record data on clients' progress during sessions.
• Collaborate with staff, and parents to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs.

Qualifications:

• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with ASD in a home environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
