Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for Principal Power Resource Planner is a strategic, results-oriented professional with extensive experience in energy markets and a strong understanding of federal and state regulatory requirements. They demonstrate the ability to perform highly complex analysis and apply sound judgment in developing and managing energy resource contracts that carry significant financial risk and long-term impact to the department and the City. They bring a strong decision-making ability, maintain a strategic perspective in a dynamic environment, and consistently deliver results while navigating competing priorities.
