    The Power Systems business in the U.S. is looking for a


    Medium Voltage BDM to help transform the MV landscape i n the US by working with the NSF, Strategic account organization, customers and end users to grow Schneider Electrics footprint for MV distribution applications.

    In this role, you will be an integral part of the commercial team working closely with strategic end users, specifiers, and contractors to promote and sell projects.

    You are a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment, embrace ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership while holding others accountable.

    Work onsite in the Nashvile or Franklin, TN office.

    Sales Business Development
    Drive the adoption of Medium Voltage portfolio solutions in the US
    Formulate and drive adoption of a clear and actionable strategy targeting preset revenue, share, and margin targets
    Engage with all key Stakeholders within and outside of the Power Systems business (Digital Power, US Leadership, US Services, NSF, ASCO, PS LoB, etc.) to align and leverage to grow the product portfolio
    Create a sales strategy around segments, regions, end users, and specifiers/consultants. Execute and refine to learn the optimal path to success

    Strategic Engagements
    Work with the Product Offer Marketing team to Develop the long-term strategy for commercial sales & support for the MV offering
    Assist on training and education programs leveraging best practices to influence more sellers to adopt GIS into their typical sales strategy
    Explore partnership, OEM, and other creative solutions to see what works to develop a sustainable sales channel

    Qualifications

    • This role might be for you if have:Core understanding of MV applications. If you have sold, specified, or otherwise had success working with customers using MV in buildings, industrial, OEM or other applications, this role might be for you.
    A strong focus on the customer; you understand and anticipate customer needs, applications, and values
    Effective communication and listening skills; you can communicate efficiently by listening and sharing information with internal and external stakeholders
    Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills; you plan and organize your work in support of achieving individual, team and organizational goals and consider potential changes and propose contingency plans with effective management of time and resources
