    Be a part of our non-profit healthcare practice in Idaho that highly values your perspective, actively involving provider input in organizational decision-making processes.     Practice Details:

    • Join an OB/GYN practice focused on delivering quality care
    • Support team includes 20+ RNs, OB Techs, Phlebotomists, and a Midwifery Group
    • Efficient operations with Meditech Expanse EMR system
    • Be a member of a physician group that values individual voices in decisions

    Schedule:

    • Choose between a 4 or 5 day workweek
    • 1-2 days weekly in the OR with additional time options

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • $375,000 base salary with productivity bonuses
      • Sign-on and relocation assistance offered
    • Potential additional earnings through quality performance bonuses
    • Comprehensive benefits package with CME, PTO, and retirement plans

    Location:

    • Blackfoot provides affordable housing and a reasonable cost of living in a growing community
    • Access to premier ski resorts within 150 miles
    • 90-minute drive to Jackson Hole, WY, and the Teton Mountain Range for sightseeing
    • Engage in various outdoor activities with convenient access to national parks and wilderness areas
