    TELEWORK OPTION:
    Hybrid (3 onsite days and 2 telework days per week; first several months will include 4 onsite days each week as required for training)

    Qualified Candidates Must Have:
    Active Security Clearance
    Bachelors in Business field or related
    6 years' experience in DoD Financial Accounting
    5 years' experience in GFEBS and related Army Financial Systems
    In-depth knowledge of financial management
    Ability to work independently
    Excellent communication skills

    Qualified Candidates Required Qualifications:


    Experience utilizing various Army systems including General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Automated Time Attendance Production System (ATAAPS), Defense Travel System (DTS), Citi, ADVANA, Access Online (AXOL).

    Review and analyze commitments, obligations, and disbursements of financial data for accuracy using GFEBS ERP and GFEBS BI functions.

    Understand the GFEBS FMS and reimbursable execution processes to include creation of WBS and Sales Order and assist in GFEBS program execution where required.

    Troubleshoot GFEBS problem areas and errors to find solutions and temporary workarounds.
    Assess customer business processes and recommend productivity improvements.

    Assist senior level analysts in reconciling sales order errors, unmatched transactions (UMTs) and Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs), including but not limited to the following: locating and researching errors for resolution, communicating with DFAS and Higher HQs on resolutions, submitting GFEBS helpdesk tickets, and DFAS DARTS tickets for areas of concern.

    Assist senior level analysts and budget analyst with preparation and research of JRP/DARQ.
    Research and resolve Intermediate Documents (IDOCS): SPS, AXOL, DTS, labor/payroll, ATAAPS, and DCPS errors/issues.
    Assist in developing training materials and user guides for customer as necessary.
    Create and conduct hands on financial management training (in person or virtually) with Analysts, Contracting Personnel, etc.
    Provide training and support on reimbursable programs and budget management, including support for GFEBS, ATAAPS, and burn rate analysis.

    Qualified Candidates Desired Qualifications:
    Work to create clear and concise dashboards and reports for use at all levels of the organization.

    Integrate reporting tools to aggregate program data from multiple sources (including but not limited to Tables of Distribution and Allowance (TDA), Support Agreements and GFEBS).

    Analyze reporting data, identifying data deficiencies and redundancies and then, work with lead analysts to resolve the issues.
    Train and assist Lead Defense Travel Admin and GOVCC A/OPC with travel requirements, policy, and reviewing travel documents.

    Render input in preparation for high level meetings with customers, senior Army officers and civilians, corporate executives, government action officers and other vendors (input may be narrative or charts and should be of a quality that little rework is required by senior analyst or PM).
