    A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a Change Management Consultant to join their team. This person will be responsible for supporting overall operations of a specific agency's IT and data governance projects.

    This person will also support the improvement of IT Data Governance daily operations, provide methods, tools, and qualified resources that enhance the design and execution of projects aligned with IT and data related governance modernization.

    This person is expected to be able to help assess current data governance standards, create new policies/standards, and present to clients.

    Required Skills & Experience


    • 4-5 years of change management experience and a bachelor's degree
    • Experience with stakeholder analysis and engagement
    • Previous consulting experience (Deloitte, McKinsey, Boston consulting firm, Bain, Goliath, etc.)
    • Meeting with clients, putting together presentations, doing current state assessments
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience


    • Previous CDC experience
