    job summary:
    A growing manufacturer in Tulsa is seeking a Quality Control Engineer with experience implementing or maintaining ISO9001 documentation.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Quality engineering experience in manufacturing, ahands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate directly with the manufacturing labor force to implement and maintain quality procedures.

    Excellent computer literacy is required. Bachelor's degree and Six Sigma certification preferred.

    Permanent salary: $75, ,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Plan and oversee activities concerned with the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards.

    Work with the quality control documentation team to update visual work instructions, quality inspection checklists, and data collection points; ensure data collection is useful and actionable for preventative measures.

    Detect and rectify defects; develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields.

    Use proactive tools to identify quality control issues before they happen, working with the quality supervisor to implement preventive measures.

    Establish a program to evaluate analytical testing equipment, facilities, precision measurements, accuracy measurements, and performance testing. Compile and write training material; conduct training sessions on quality control activities. Develop and implement a QMS compliant to ISO 9001:2015 resulting in certification.

    Manage root cause analysis program including 8D, 5-why, fishboneDevelop Process Flow Maps to identify and evaluate potential failures of a process.


    Develop and maintain calibration system Requirements:
