Job summary
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team at Brock & Company, the premier provider of contract food management services in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing culinary operations, menu development, purchasing, receiving, food production, customer service and marketing efforts.
+Responsibilities
- Directly prepare food and supervise at least two full-time employees in the preparation and service of food.
- Provide leadership training oversite for all unit activities to meet organizational client objectives.
- Train manage kitchen personnel supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities including food safety standards allergen training weekly purchasing monthly inventory management accurate cash handling establish presentation techniques quality standards plan price menus ensure proper equipment operation maintenance ensures proper safety sanitation kitchen oversee special catering events may also offer culinary instruction demonstrates culinary techniques administrative duties maintaining budgeted foam cost labor cost ordering weekly monthly reporting/ul>
