SAP MDG Expert (S4 Experience Is Required)

Position: 6-12 months ContractExperience: 14-20 yearsClient location: Dallas, Texas (Travel to the client location will be required about 75-80%.)

Duration: 6 monthsStart: ImmediateThis position necessitates good business knowledge, direct interaction with all areas of the business, hands-on system configuration expertise in SAP.

The position requires good knowledge of Data Management models and integration with SAP MDG. The function may include team management for both internal and contract resources.

You will manage the area for implementations, support and enhancements through best-practice project scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success in implementing the management of data and supporting the Enterprise Information Management initiative.

Use your knowledge of the SAP environment and strong business knowledge to assist users and IT partners.
The SAP MDG techno-functional specialist has experience in working on SAP MDG transformation programs with clients. The candidate will have experience in global programs with primarily Material and Business Partner data domains.
Lead and Facilitate MDM requirements gathering workshops across multiple domains.
Redesign MDM processes to simplify and automate business procedures.
Establish data standards, compliance, and data governance procedures.
Conducting data analysis and profiling using common tools to develop logical data models and flows.

Experience to provide subject matter expertise on the strategy and implementation of SAP MDG.Experience in working with global teams spread across different geographies.3-4 years of experience of hands-on expertise with implementing Web Dynpro, workflows, BAdIs, BAPIs, user exits & creating and maintaining the Material component of MDG.Good understanding of SAP business processes (RTR, OTC, P2P, etc.) in S/4HANAStrong understanding and commercial experience - 1 or 2 projects - with Material Variant configuration, specifically, required.

Good understanding of SAP Master Data creation and maintenance process in S/4HANAProficiency in ABAP coding preferred.

Good understanding of Data Migration Cockpit in S/4 HANAExperience eliciting high level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, workflow diagrams and use cases.

Required Skills/ExperienceThe SAP MDG specialist has experience in working on SAP MDG transformation programs with clients. The candidate will have experience in global programs with primarily Material and Business Partner data domains. Will have experience in several industries. Have at least 2 end-to-end implementations and 1 as lead consultant.
Project Planning SkillsExperience with Agile, Scrum methodologiesStrong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills.
Excellent leadership, communication and written and oral skills.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Proven ability to clearly articulate and communicate complex problems and solutions across all levels of the organization.
