- In collaboration with other business unit partners, establish strategic direction and innovative practices.
- Establish benchmarks and key performance indicators to monitor operations of each area within purview.
- Mentor and develop people leaders under purview and design engagement strategies for broader hierarchy.

- Experience in Utilization Management and Case Management

- Registered Nurse with Psychiatric experience or Behavioral Health Professional that is Clinician licensed for independent practice with one or more of the following licenses with no restrictions:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Practice (LMFT)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- 7+ years of behavioral healthcare experience.
- 5+ years of leadership / management experience, including people leadership.
- Experience in product design and implementation
- Skilled in the use of data and its application to enhance effectiveness
- Significant experience in strategy development, execution and implementation.
- Broad knowledge of the managed care and health care/insurance industry.
- Experience building/leading matrix team structures and/or cross functional initiatives.
- Listens and communicates effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence others.
