A full-time leasing agent/assistant manager is needed for local apartments to train someone interested in property management. The leasing agent will be the public face of the property and connect the management office with current and prospective renters.
Qualifications
- Meet with potential tenants and take them on tours of interested units
- Prepare and implement leases according to property standards and regulations
- Collect application fees, security deposits, and rent payments
- Inform residents of changes to rental agreements or upcoming complications with the property
