    As a Senior Care Physician in Tuscaloosa, you will practice in an outpatient-only, team-supported environment where your clinical expertise guides the patient experience and helps shape the future of senior care.


    This is an opportunity to care for a smaller, more manageable patient panel, allowing you to build trust, deliver highly personalized care, and support seniors in living healthier, more fulfilling lives.

    Position Highlights

    Outpatient-only schedule, Monday through Friday, closed for lunch

    Lower daily patient census for quality-focused medicine

    Senior-focused population including Medicare and Medicare Advantage
    Longer visits that support preventive care and chronic disease management

    Care model designed for deeper relationships and stronger care outcomes

    Strong clinical and administrative support to reduce non-clinical burdens

    Candidate Requirements

    MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

    Passion for senior care and value-based medicine, experienced preferred but open to new graduates

    Strong communicator with a collaborative, patient-centered approach

    Comfortable practicing in an innovative model focused on quality and outcomes
